Torrent Tracker: The first place you need to go is to uTorrent and download and install their software. Once you do that you need to understand the basics of P2P file sharing. Their are seeders, which are the people that are sending you bits of data as you are downloading a file, then there are peers who are downloading the file at the same time as you but are giving you bits of the file that they have already finished downloading. Now to download a torrent it is actually very simple, all you have to do is go to our Torrent Tracker and download and save the torrent of which file you are wishing to download, then right click on the torrent file and press open with uTorrent if it does not have the association already. Now you should start to download the file. Once it has completed downloading you can find the file in "My Documents" in a folder that uTorrent created during the install called Downloads. I ask that you do not delete the torrent after downloading it, instead keep it and let it seed this way it gives the swarm a faster download speed.

Here are some rules of thumb: 1. The more seeders the better. 2. Lots peers can be good or bad, usually bad. 3. Leachers are people that do not give off any bandwidth to the swarm (peers), and only download the file, therefore they really make the swarm slow down.
